I am so glad PixelTools came out with a Halation tool as I have been getting more and more requests from clients for the effect and now I have a more dialed-in look that helps differentiate me.

Very Realistic

This halation tool is the best I have used, although it is only slightly nicer than many of the alternatives, in my opinion.

Another Winner From PixelTools

I recently used the new Halation Tool from PixelTools in a session and had very positive feedback on how the final grade came out. It was a great way to take some of the 'digital' look away from the source footage and a fast and efficient manner. As always, PixelTool have another great product that I will certainly use again and again.

Another Great DCTL from PixelTools!

Satisfying results were achieved quickly. The ability to gently, or not so gently if you'd like, add halation, adjust its blur width, choose from a wide range of tone curves, and view its highlights separately is appreciated. That isn't all, but those are my favorite features.
