Instant Delivery

All PixelTools products are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase. Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email containing your secure download link — no waiting, no shipping.

Accessing Your Files

Your download link is included in your order confirmation email. You can also access your purchases at any time by logging into your account and visiting your order history. If you checked out as a guest, use the order lookup link in your confirmation email.

Each download link is valid for 5 downloads. Alternatively, you can install your products at any time using our PixelTools Installer app (available for Mac and Windows), which allows installation on up to 3 machines simultaneously — no download count limits apply when using the installer.

File Formats

Products are delivered as .zip archives containing one or more of the following file types depending on your purchase:

.dctl — DCTL plug-ins for DaVinci Resolve
.jpg / .cube — LUT files (where applicable)
.drx — PowerGrade files for DaVinci Resolve
.pdf — Installation guides or documentation

System Requirements & Compatibility

PixelTools products are designed for DaVinci Resolve 20 and later on macOS and Windows. Specific version requirements are listed on each product page. Please verify compatibility before purchasing — we're happy to answer questions before you buy.

Expired or Broken Links

If your download link has expired or isn't working, contact us at Info@pixeltoolspost.com with your order number and we'll reissue it promptly — no questions asked. You can also use the PixelTools Installer app to access your purchases without relying on download links.

Having an Issue?

If your files won't open, aren't installing correctly, or you're experiencing unexpected behavior, reach out to our support team at Info@pixeltoolspost.com. Include your order number, DaVinci Resolve version, and operating system so we can resolve it quickly.

Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final. If you have a concern about a product not matching its description, please contact us — we'll make it right.
