The five fastest fixes
01My DCTLs don't show up in Resolve
Restart DaVinci Resolve after installing, and confirm you're on DaVinci Resolve Studio — encrypted .dctle files require Studio. Full steps are in the installation guide.
02macOS says the app or plug-in “can't be opened”
The Installer App is notarized by Apple, so this is rare — the Gatekeeper workaround is in the install FAQ.
03I can't find my download link
Log in to your account — every purchase and its latest version is there. No account yet? Use the email from your order confirmation, or contact us.
04Does this work with my Resolve version, OS, or camera?

05I bought a tool — do updates cost anything?
No. Updates are free, and the Installer App delivers them automatically. Details are in the FAQ.
What we can and can't help with
We build and support every PixelTools tool ourselves. What we can't do is support DaVinci Resolve itself — if Resolve is crashing, won't launch, or misbehaves with no PixelTools tool in the node tree, Blackmagic's Resolve forum is the right place. If you're not sure which side the problem is on, ask us anyway — we'll point you the right way.
