As soon as I bought Pixeltools dctls, I immediately added them into my everyday node trees. Having something that's already targeting specific colors zones without me having to do highlights is a huge time saver! Sure I can use the hue vs sat curves, but obviously they don't make the quality of the color work the same way (if you know about the luminance vs saturation effect they are solving for, if not- look into it! Its amazing and these dctls are built to mimic the old cinematic pipeline) the split-tone is cool too because it already has the zones outline, and the clean black/white is a critical feature for me. I don't always go for a split tone look but honestly I have found myself using it to just add a subtle vibe by puching it hard then dialing it back in my key output quite a bit. And with that tool i think i've found more fun in making these creative looks very fast. So overall- more speed, richer looks, more fun...whats not to love! Worth every penny!
